Anterior Fascial Connections Bodywork (AFCB)

Anterior work is best for releasing back, shoulder, and hip tension

Anterior Bodywork (AFCB) is recommended for chronic pain patterns and recovery. This corrective bodywork addresses the tension found in the front side of the body by isolating the muscles and fascia (connective tissue) through a combination of deep tissue techniques, such as: Myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, craniosacral, resistant release, Tregor, passive and active range of motion. *All surgeries and medical procedures must have 6 weeks of recovery before any type of massage*

Swedish ACE Massage Cupping

This Swedish relaxation massage is enhanced with stationary cups that help lift away tension in trouble areas by creating suction and negative pressure, ACE Massage Cupping therapy is used to soften tight muscles, tone attachments, loosen adhesions, lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.

Facial ACE Massage Cupping

ACE Massage Cupping Contraindications


  • Blood and circulatory disorders:
    • Hemophilia and other bleeding or clotting disorders.
    • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) or a history of blood clots, strokes, or aneurysms.
    • Use of blood-thinning medications, such as warfarin or aspirin.
  • Cardiovascular disease:
    • Severe, unstable cardiovascular disease, including heart failure.
    • Individuals with a pacemaker.
  • Skin and connective tissue conditions:
    • Active skin infections, open wounds, or burns.
    • Eczema or psoriasis in the treatment area, as it can worsen symptoms.
    • Fragile skin, which is common in older adults or people on steroids.
    • Connective tissue disorders like Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.
    • Varicose veins, especially in the treatment area.
  • Serious chronic illnesses:
    • Active cancer or a history of cancer within the last few years.
    • Organ failure (renal, hepatic, or heart).
    • Uncontrolled diabetes, especially with neuropathy or poor wound healing.
  • Acute illness:
    • High fever or severe acute infections.
