Traditional relaxation massage that will leave you with a balanced mind and body. This involves light to medium pressure and DOES NOT focus on "trouble areas". Please refer to my Sarga/Anterior bodywork page for any focus or deep tissue work. *All surgeries and medical procedures must have 6 weeks of recovery before any type of massage*

A combination of heated bamboo sticks and smooth massage strokes sends you into a deeper state of relaxation. The broad pressure of the bamboo sticks helps to melt tension.
Focus on headaches, optical migraines, and jaw pain (TMJ).

Swedish massage experience is enhanced with the benefits of an essential oil of your choice. Whether you need to sink into relaxation with a lavender blend or need an energy boost with a kick of citrus this massage has your back!
A loofa scrub is applied to the feet followed by a foot massage, paraffin wax application, and warm booties. A neck and head massage is included.
A lavender scrub gently exfoliates the back followed by a shoulder, arm, and neck massage. Herbal eye pads and a cool peppermint towel are applied to the face while you enjoy a lengthened scalp massage.
This massage combines soothing heat from volcanic basalt stones and smooth massage strokes. Cold marble stones are also available on request and are used for contrast therapy to help flush out toxins and decrease inflammation.
Custom pampering for the Mom-to-be! Relieves aches and muscle cramps, reduces swelling, and enhances overall energy. Intended for low-risk pregnancies after the first trimester.
